A parcel of land approximately 1.2 acres running adjacent to the road ( High Street) with residential area opposite. The land has previously been used to graze cattle and horses on tack where the land levels into meadowland and runs along the stream. Parts are wooded and sloping, the land could be cleared for grazing.
Viewings: Viewings are unaccompanied but please take care when accessing the land. Parking can be found via a layby opposite and past the top end of the land (green substation). The land is accessed via the steps at one end and at the other end by the green substation there are the posts for a five bar gate.
