ONLINE AUCTION from 8th NOVEMBER - 10th NOVEMBER
Situated in this purpose built apartment block this first floor flat is a short walk to the main shops of this bustling town. Though not inspected we understand the accommodation provides lounge, kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms. Outside there is an attached outhouse, communal yard area and allocated storage shed. The property is to be sold with tenant in situ who pays £400 pcm. We anticipate a more accurate rental of £450pcm.
Tonypandy is a town, in the county borough of Rhondda Cynon Taff, within the historic county boundaries of Glamorgan, Wales, lying in the Rhondda Fawr Valley. Tonypandy, unlike the surrounding villages, has grown as a financial and social hub, providing services and amenities for the neighbouring communities. Served by Tonypandy railway station, it is the largest shopping area in the Rhondda and is now largely pedestrianised. A former industrial coal mining town the area contains several prehistoric sites, the main one being Mynydd y Gelli. Located to the north-west of the town, the remains of an Iron Age settlement Hen Dre'r Gelli lies on the slopes of Mynydd Y Gelli hill between Tonypandy and Gelli. Near the same location are several Bronze Age cairns. Tonypandy is also the site of one of two permanent Middle Ages fortifications found within the Rhondda Valley, built around the 12th or early 13th century.

* Generally speaking Guide Prices are provided as an indication of each seller's minimum expectation, i.e. 'The Reserve'. They are not necessarily figures which a property will sell for and may change at any time prior to the auction. Virtually every property will be offered subject to a Reserve (a figure below which the Auctioneer cannot sell the property during the auction) which we expect will be set within the Guide Range or no more than 10% above a single figure Guide.

By setting a proxy bid, the system will automatically bid on your behalf to maintain your position as the highest bidder, up to your proxy bid amount. If you are outbid, you will be notified via email so you can opt to increase your bid if you so choose.
If two of more users place identical bids, the bid that was placed first takes precedence, and this includes proxy bids.
Another bidder placed an automatic proxy bid greater or equal to the bid you have just placed. You will need to bid again to stand a chance of winning.
