We have been advised that work relevant to planning application: 2011/01118/FUL has commenced on site, therefore planning is extant/in perpetuity . There may be an opportunity for government funding on this site. At the time of application the site attracted 25% Welsh assembly government tourism grant because of its nature in being a new provision.

Residential Housing : The site is located in the Vale of Glamorgan’s local development plan (LDP), and is listed as residential/commercial development. Planning has previously been submitted for four large executive homes, however the vendor was reportedly advised to withdraw the application as there is potential to develop 12 houses on site, therefore the executive homes would not meet the density required for the area.
