LOT 5 - Parcels of Land

Description

ONLINE AUCTION from 12th APRIL-14th APRIL

Situated in the picturesque village of Wyllie near Blackwood these parcels of land totalling approximately two acres sit adjacent to the East of Glanhowy Road and benefit from far reaching countryside views with easy access onto the land. The land is overgrown. Wyllie and the surrounding area is known for its bike trails, with cyclists travelling from far and wide to enjoy the testing tracks. There is beautiful walking countryside surrounding the area and several popular village pubs.

Wyllie is a small village south of Blackwood in the county borough of Caerphilly, within the historic boundaries of Monmouthshire, Wales. Most of the houses were built between 1926 and 1930 by the Tredegar Iron and Coal Company. Included in the village was a large church, post office and miners' institute which was converted into a pub in the 1990's. The post office has recently closed and the church has been replaced by a small block of apartments known as Marion Jones Court. The village has recently expanded with the building of new houses on the old coal tip from Wyllie Colliery at the south end of the village. There are now 27 modern houses covering the colliery.

Viewings: Unaccompanied. The land can be found and accessed via the bus stop opposite a row of terraced houses on Glanhowy Road, Wyllie. Do take care as the land is overgrown and sloping.

* Generally speaking Guide Prices are provided as an indication of each seller's minimum expectation, i.e. 'The Reserve'. They are not necessarily figures which a property will sell for and may change at any time prior to the auction. Virtually every property will be offered subject to a Reserve (a figure below which the Auctioneer cannot sell the property during the auction) which we expect will be set within the Guide Range or no more than 10% above a single figure Guide.
