Lot 42 - Building Plot with Planning Permission

Description

ONLINE AUCTION from 4TH OCTOBER - 6TH OCTOBER

Situated on a quiet one way residential street, amongst other luxury new build homes this building plot has full planning permission for a four bedroom detached house or two bedroom bungalow. The land has a pleasant green outlook to the front and rear. The location offers good schools and excellent commuter links via the A470. The vendor has informed us that the site has gas and sewer connections in place and he has paid for the SUDS design, Sap and water calculations and Radon report with costs of approximately £20,000. There is a 20ft shipping container that is on the site that can be included in the sale along with a pallet of bricks and patio slabs that can also be included all worth around £2,000.

Tredegar is a town situated on the banks of the Sirhowy River in the county borough of Blaenau Gwent, in the south east of Wales. Within the historic boundaries of Monmouthshire, it became an early centre of the Industrial Revolution in Wales. Tredegar has strong links with prominent Labour MPs and the history of the Labour Party and the Labour Movement in Britain as a whole. It was the birth place of Aneurin Bevan, who was responsible for the introduction of the British National Health Service (NHS) and who in the 1920s was involved in the management of Tredegar General Hospital. Neil Kinnock, leader of the Labour Party from 1983 to 1992, was born in Tredegar in 1942 and lived there for most of his early life.

* Generally speaking Guide Prices are provided as an indication of each seller's minimum expectation, i.e. 'The Reserve'. They are not necessarily figures which a property will sell for and may change at any time prior to the auction. Virtually every property will be offered subject to a Reserve (a figure below which the Auctioneer cannot sell the property during the auction) which we expect will be set within the Guide Range or no more than 10% above a single figure Guide.
